The singer and actress was almost unrecognizable as she emerged from an Illinois rehab facility for the first time since checking into the centre in mid-October. The 18-year-old stepped out with a new darker hair colour, lashings of goth-style lipstick and black nail varnish she headed into a movie theatre in Chicago over the Christmas holidays.
The star was on a brief release from rehab, where she has been receiving treatment for ‘emotional and physical issues’.
